Customer Service on Trial Part 2

Oh dear its not looking too good, after Welsh Water called me on August 5th to tell me that someone would be contacting me to arrange a visit, guess what – no one has called.

Here we go!

So far 2009 has been a very epic year for me, and just today I’ve approved the branding for booguru my new marketing consultancy.
And of course I’m setting up a blog for booguru here on WordPress, so do feel free to take a peek at over the coming weeks.

I’m back!

Well I’ve not blogged for a while, mainly because I have been busy preparing to set-up my own business. Still lots to do on that front and at the moment I’m keeping things under wraps until I’m ready to bring the beast to life.

New Marketing for a New Era

So 2009 is going to be a tough year and winning sales will require changes in the way we market in order to challenge the decline in consumer confidence.

It’s been a while since I last blogged, mainly because I’ve been undertaking the last of the renovation work on my cottage. This as you can imagine just eats up time with a ferocious appetite. Thankfully there should be just one more weekend of touching-up to do then I can relax and enjoy the fruits of my labour.

OK with best intentions I’d be blogging everyday but life has been just a bit manic lately, not least due to having my garden wall demolished before it fell down into the lane and my kitchen ceiling collapsing because of a water leak in the bathroom above. Ah the joy of living in an old cottage!

More Good News!

Christine Holvey, the Chief Executive of Opportunity Wales has been honoured with an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List, for services to eCommerce for business. This is an exceptional achievement and as you can imagine everyone in the Opportunity Wales team is delighted for Chris.
